K.L. Scott & Associates is Awarded Business Process Modeling Contract with the North Dakota Department of Public Administration
K.L. Scott & Associates has been contracted by the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction to provide Business Process Modeling. The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction provides oversight of elementary and secondary education, school approval, and development of standards for student progress. The Department is encompassed by four (4) divisions with multiple units - Information and Administrative Support, Educational Success & Community Support, School Finance and Organization, and Student Support & Innovation. Each business unit is interconnected and the Department desires to achieve efficiency within those areas. As a result, KLS&A will evaluate the current state of all the Department’s business processes, identify resource gaps that prohibit future-state efficiency, and provide a series of recommendations to improve how “things are done”.
