Rockville, Maryland – May 18, 2017 - K.L. Scott & Associates has received a one-year contract award by Montgomery College to provide Professional Development Training Services. With assistance from two strategic partner firms – Allen Reid Enterprises and Red Door Consulting, the team will assist Montgomery College Center for Professional & Organizational Development with administering employee development classes in the areas of
- Leadership, management, supervision, verbal and written communications, conflict, change management, customer service, and career development;
- Multicultural education and diversity awareness; intercultural competencies, and equity and inclusion; and
- Organizational Development such as strategic planning, change management processes, focus groups, coaching, and team development.
