Founded in 2013, K.L. Scott & Associates, LLC (KLS&A) is a management and information technology (IT) consulting firm whose core functions are Social Equity Advisory Services, Digital Transformation, Organizational Strategy, and Data & Analytics. KLS&A provides independent analysis and advice for local, state, and federal government agencies.  We are a certified 8(a) and HUBZone small and disadvantaged business by the U.S. Small Business Administration. 

Our office is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with a remote workforce residing throughout the country. KLS&A brings a fact-based data driven approach that delivers digital and organizational transformation, continuous value realization through continuous monitoring and execution of strategic objectives, and workforce capacity building.
